Honeycutt, Smith & Associates specializes in financial planning, business succession, wealth management, and estate planning. We formed the firm 32 years ago when we recognized that there was a significant need for planning expertise for business owners.

Over the past few years, we have spoken with a number of business owners who were ready to leave their businesses but had no willing buyers with adequate capital. These owners had done little planning and found themselves with no way to accomplish their exit objectives. Put simply, it was too late!
