He is a past president of the San Diego Chapter of the Financial Planning Association, as well as a member of the Planned Giving Roundtable. He has been featured in a PBS special entitled, "The Financial Advisors". Paul is active in the Million-Dollar Roundtable and is a former U.S. Navy Top Gun pilot.

Ron has 51 years' experience in the financial services industry and has served in both Field and Home Office Management capacity. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant designations and specializes in Business Succession, Estate, Retirement, and Charitable Giving plan design.
Ron is a published author and a national authority on the use of visuals for effective communication. A five-year member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Association of Life Underwriters, his professional memberships also include the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Planned Giving Roundtable. He is also an emeritus member of the Estate Planning Council.
Paul Varesio Paul is a Registered Broker Assistant and California Insurance Licensed Agent (CA Insurance Lic# 0F13998) with Honeycutt, Smith and Associates. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. Paul has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. Paul and his wife enjoy an active and athletic lifestyle. He has completed two Ironman events, over 16 Marathons and has earned the California Triple Crown in Cycling.
